Becky Woodbridge, President and Founder of Becky Woodbridge & Co, is a professional speaker, trainer, and coach. Based on her philosophy of Community + Care = Results, Ms. Woodbridge's platform develops and implements personal development and organization training for corporate and individual clients throughout the United States.

A Newfield Network and Education For Living graduate, Becky specializes in ontological coaching, the study of being. Utilizing her training, she coaches her many clients to help increase both their personal and professional success. Becky Woodbridge has coached sales teams and executive staff on relationship building techniques with both clients and employees, dramatically increasing the success of their businesses.

In 2004, Ms. Woodbridge, a successful real estate broker in the Delray Beach area, owned and operated a boutique real estate agency with three offices and more than 20 real estate agents. Creating a business model that stood apart from the rest, a full-service brokerage with cutting edge ideas and a flare of sophistication.

Ms. Woodbridge recognizes the importance of giving back to her community where she created a non-profit organization. She supports many other worthy organizations philanthropically as well. Becky currently resides in Delray Beach, Florida with her dog, Benney. She is a member of the Florida Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation.
